Last month I helped all the kids make their own journal.
They were able to use what every they wanted. My nice stickers and paper. This was very hard to do for me. I don't like to share my "good" scrapbooking stuff but the end results was great! Their journals reflect their personalities and look great!
Each Sunday we take time to write in them. I write for the younger kids and then they draw a picture. I have been surprised at how much they like this. Each week they remind me and sometimes they ask during the week. It will be so fun to look back in 10 or 20 or 30 years and read what Kalixta did or what Britain was thinking or who Nikolas liked and who Ammon friends are or how Zoe is doing in school. Now if only I could write regularly in mine!

You are kidding right? Isn’t this a journal? Or where you referring to ‘personal’ writing? Anyway, in 20 or 30 years you are going to look back and say, how did I do it all AND blog every day? LOL. Love you! You are awesome.
