Nik had his first football game yesterday! He is on the Eagles! They lost so it was a hard game to watch. He could be more aggressive and hustle more. He plays on defense and offense "blocking" as he calls it. I think maybe he needs some one on one caoching from his Uncle Jason and his best bud Mike Bakken. It is fun watching him play though so hopefully it will only get better!!

 

Today was Ammon and Zoe's first soccer games!! They have been excited to play! Ammon and Zoe play on the same days, Wednesdays and Fridays almost always 30 minutes apart. I will have to choose which game to watch which really sucks! Ammon has the best coach, his Aunt Marci!! That helps me a ton because he will always have a ride to the game!

Saturday we drove to Ogden where Jason and Jaime live to celebrate Jaime and Marci's birthdays! We hung out at the swimming pool the whole afternoon. The kids were in the water for about 6 hours!! They had so much fun!

…is never boring. Whenever I talk with my Mom she asks what is new. I always say nothing and can then think of all these funny, strange, or disgusting things that have happened. Even though I feel like we do the same thing everyday is different too. Here are two examples.

 

Everybody had their first day of school today!

We are still guy-less over here. They will be back (hopefully) late tonight! I wanted to do something fun with the girls. I borrowed an idea I read on a friend's blog a while ago. It was super fun. They even asked if we could do it next week!

School is starting this Wednesday! I am shocked! I don't know where my summer went but it is gone. Tonight we held our annual back to school fashion show! I didn't want to do it without the guys but the show must go on. In case you are new to the blog or forgot every year we have a fashion show for Zoe to show her new school clothes off to all the family. The first year we live here she was very nervous about starting school and was not excited to be wearing a uniform. We had the fashion show and she loved all the attention and all the oohs and aahs about her new clothes. We have continued the tradition every year since. This year Britain and Kalixta were able to participate and show their new clothes off too. 

Today we went up to the reservoir. Most of the day was overcast so it wasn't too busy or too hot! Marci and Marie went with us so it was just us girls. Adam and Ammon are in CA picking up Nik!

Tori really liked the water. She had a little seat where she could splash and play!
