Since Ammon turned 9 he is now a Bear in the scouting world! He changed dens just in time to participate in the Bear Carnival! 

The whole family got to go! The girls were so excited, I cracked up when someone asked, "Where do they put the rides if the carnival is in the backyard?" There were games to play and popcorn and bubbles to be won!

Each of the boys made their own game!

They were so creative and perfect for the young kids!!

She had a blast and did a great job!

Adam celebrated his 39th birthday last week. We had our normal family party on Sunday while everyone was here for dinner! It was wonderful and filled with lots of laughter! And of course some gooood food!!

I love fall! I love the colors and all the decor! I love my October birthdays and I love Halloween! It is so fun for me to take my family to the pumpkin patch. I was seriously upset when we pulled up and I realized I had forgot my camera!!! Thank goodness Marci and Kenny came with the sweet little boy and brought theirs! 

We have always gone to this pumpkin patch and each year it was gotten better and better! This year there was a little petting zoo! The kids loved it! Their favorite was the kangaroo!

There was a corn pit! Yes, you heard me right! It was like a ball pit but it was filled with dried corn! It was very cool and the kids did NOT get enough time in there!

We rushed the kids out into the patch to look for a pumpkin before it got too dark! The sunset was very pretty, this picture doesn't do it justice!

Tori found hers right away and would not be swayed! The girl knew exactly what she wanted!!

Britain found hers pretty quickly too! I love this picture of her!!

Ammon was so worried he wouldn't find one big enough! He did indeed!

Ariana loves her pumpkin! It is on the stairs up to the porch and she touches it every time she passes it and says I love you pumpkin!

Kalixta took forever to find her pumpkin! She wanted a BIG one. Our rule is you have to be able to pick it up by yourself! She finally found this one and needed only a little help holding it and carrying it across the pumpkin field!

There was a maze and a pyramid made of hay bales. The kids played and played until it was dark and time to go!

The Platt Family! I love that they come with us!! Lucky me can always say I was with little Mr Platt on his first trip to the pumpkin patch!! The other Utah Becks had good reasons to miss our trip but we still missed them!!

Our family photo didn't turn out good but oh well, it is a memory!!

For family night Monday we had a super fun dessert! I got the idea here. The kids have a blast dipping these mini apples in caramel and eating them up!

I made Salsa last Saturday! It was a lot of chopping and work, but it was so worth it! Adam said it tasted good it just needed a little more spice!

Adam and I have been playing on a co-ed softball team! We have such a fun team!  We spend most of the time laughing! We actually went to the finals and won!! We are champions!!

I have a couple team pictures and neither of them show a complete team! This is our first game. Marci is 39 week pregnant and yes she played! She is crazy awesome!!

This game was on a Thursday, the following Tuesday she had her baby. We had a bye that Thursday so the next Thursday she was out on the field playing!! She never missed a game, well except to go to a church meeting, which is why she is not in the next team photo! Marie stood in for her and did a great job! Normally Marie was the babysitter! Brent is missing from both photos! And there was one game Jordan and Michelle missed and Ryan and Liz subbed for them! They did a great job and we loved having them on our team!

Adam hit a home run this year! It was way over the fence! It was so awesome. He hit the fence a couple of times! The umpire gave him the game ball!

When we started the play offs Angel bought us all cool ninja socks! They were our good luck charm!

We played the finals game tonight and celebrated by going to Wingers and having dessert!

We got red shirts that say Spanish Fork Champions to prove to everyone that we won!!

I had so so much fun! Thank you everyone for a great season!!

I love decorating for holidays especially Halloween, but with moving this mouth I have been really hesitant to do any. I saw something I had to try on a blog I check. It is just a little one, I rationalized, but it makes me feel better. I set it up Saturday night.

I got the pumpkins from a yard sale! I think they are adorable!! 

All the kids spent the day here and by Sunday night there was a lot of candy corn missing! 🙂

Today a friend came by and ask me where my new blocks were! I had forgot about them! So I got them out! I made them a few months ago at a church activity and I LOVE them! They are so cute and fit perfectly!

The kids then found the perfect leaves to compliment the display! They may have gotten carried away! 

They were the perfect leaves! I think some of them look fake but they are all from our yard!

My cute little Duke had his ninth birthday today! We was one excited little man! Britain, Kalixta, and Britain made Ammon TONS of cards!

He sweetly opened and looked at each one. This one is from Ariana! She is pointing out where it says I love you!

He got spoiled with lots of great gifts!

He got lots of goodies, which he loves!

He got the silly bands he really wanted!

The Burger King in our area will give a kid a free hamburger when they bring in a 100% on a test! It is fantastic bribery! I have a folder for tests to exchange that has been in my purse waiting for everyone to get one! Today was the day! We had parent teacher conferences today! They all went amazing!! The kids are doing so well in their classes. I heard nothing but praise for Zoe, Ammon, Kalixta and Britain so I figured they needed a nice treat so we stopped at Burger King!

Poor Tori and Ariana slept through the stop! I find one or both of them like this everyday!! Poor girls, there is a lot of running in their lives. Today was a busy one and it showed!

Today is Adam's Dad's birthday!!! Happy Birthday Dad!!! We called him today and sang to him, then all the kids talked to him. Once all the kids were in bed Tori and I were playing on the computer and she starts singing! As I listen closer she starts singing Happy Birthday. It was too cute not to record! So here you go Dad, another version of Happy Birthday sang just for you!!
