We had a lovely Thanksgiving filled with amazing food and family! We had it at Marci's house this year which was really different for me. She did a wonderful job! The kids couldn't wait to dig in!!

Tori ate her food really fast and saved lots of room for the giant candy canes that Marci and Kenny had hanging on their tree!

What is Thanksgiving time without our thankful turkeys?! This is my favorite tradition this time of year. With moving we didn't get it done very early but that worked out better because I waited so long more people got to do it with us!!!

Britain is thankful for; Family, Food-Pancakes and eggs, 1st grade and Mrs Turner, and Toy Story 3!

Kalixta is thankful for; Pres. Monson, My Family, My new house, and Mrs. Cooper and first grade!

Zoe is thankful for; Friends, Soccer, Family, Teachers

Ammon is thankful for; Mom and Dad, Aunts and Uncles, KP, Marci and Kenny, and Mrs. Beagles and friends!

Ariana is thankful for; ABC's, My new room and paint, Preschool, and My Mama!

Tori is thankful for; Candies, Care Bears, Bedtime snacks, and Heather!

Nikolas is thankful for; Tacos, Diamond Fork Girls, KP and Ammon, and Aunts and Uncles!

Kalixta came home with a note from school asking her to bring in an apple to school because they were going to make apple turkeys. Well, that sounded like so much fun I had to google the idea. It looked way cute and pretty easy so I decided to do it with the pre-school girls. Kalixta loved telling everyone that I stole the idea from her teacher! I was very excited for today and so was Ariana and Kalixta! The other kids were a little bummed they didn't get to make one so I bought enough for them to do one too. 

There was a blizzard watch today so the school dismissed early and everyone was advised to stay home. (I have never seen that here before!) It was the perfect time to do it!

They had a good time. I love that they all had the same instruction but each one turned out so different!!

All my little turkeys!!! Yes, that is Tori's turkey with just sticks! She took the marshmallows and raisins off as soon as she put them on!

Ariana loved doing them with her friends at school! This is the one she made there!

The girls all made thankful trees too. I love this idea and was so excited with how well it turned out!

It was a great fun day! Hopefully we don't get too snowed in tonight!

It finally snowed. A real good stick to the ground and stay all day snow! Of course it is as cold as heck so that helps, I love the beauty of the snow. I love that the kids want to play in the snow! Today Ariana wanted to go out first thing. I made her wait until it got a little warmer and then out she went. She played and rolled around the backyard. Tori was a little upset that she didn't get to go out too so after much asking I dressed her up and out she went. 

She plopped right down in the snow and started eating it!!

She started with her gloves on but had to take them off to really touch the snow! I have a snow baby in this one!

Marci and Kenny blessed their cute little guy today!! It was perfect with all the family here! He looked adorable in his little white outfit! It was a special day for a special guy! Love that boy!

It's that time of year again! BYU basketball time!!!! Today we went to Marie's game! She won! It was a great game to watch.

Marie has some awesome defensive skill!!

Plus all my family was here! My Mom, Dad, brother Jeff and his girlfriend Kylie drove in this morning! There is nothing better than family!!

There are lots of stairs that I wasn't too excited about but then I talked to my friend. She gave me a little perspective. She said that she loved her stairs and has missed them since she moved. She says she was in better shape with her stairs. Well, now I have a gym in my house. I go up and down those stairs a ton, I think my calves are a little sore:)!

Tori is into everything. She has to open every drawer and cupboard and figure out where everything is. This day she was helping me unpack her room!

So we are adjusting and having a good time of it!!

I know I know it has been a long time since I last blogged! I do have a good excuse though! We moved! Just down the street but packing up and then unpacking really takes a lot out of you! Moving day was crazy, crazy and I didn't get a chance to take a single picture. In fact I haven't taken a single picture in the last week and a half! My poor camera is feeling a little neglected!! Good thing Thanksgiving is coming and my family is coming to town! There will be lots of fun to take pictures of!! We are soooooo excited!!

Anyways, I have a few pictures of some excellent helpers. Everybody helped clean, clean, clean and Nik was a huge help moving and lifting boxes, beds, dressers, anything really. I can't believe how strong this boy is! 

Like I said everyone was a great help despite the fact that I don't have pictures of each of them. We had a ton of help from the neighborhood and family throughout the week and on moving day! It is amazing to feel so loved! Thanks to everyone for all your help! You are loved and appreciated!!

Ariana got to go to the pumpkin patch with her preschool class. Our amazing preschool director arrange for them to go the the big Red Barn. If you live in Utah you probably know this place. I have never been there but she says it is fun! She really liked the cut outs for taking pictures!

There was some great group shots too but I hesitate to put other people's children on my blog without their permission! So you will just have to picture Ari with her besties on a hay ride. I do mean her best friends! She loves these girls more than I have seen the other kids love their friends at similar ages. It is fun to watch!

The Preschool Director took some awesome pictures! I don't know if she remembered that Ariana's Grandpa loves John Deere but she did get this great shot!

That is the last of my Halloween pictures! Now on to packing and cleaning and cleaning and cleaning!!
