These pictures were taken in August and Michael has changed so much since then but when I saw them I had to post them! One of the girls brought home these glasses from Grandma Sylvia’s house. They belong to one of her dolls! Someone put them on Michael and we all got a good laugh!

Someone said they thought he looked like Harry Potter! He just needs a scar!

Michael had his first haircut this weekend, Dec 10th to be exact! He was growing a little tail and he had tons of scraggly hair. The top was getting long too, so we decided it was time for a trim, days before he turns 6 months!He is also showing off a new skill he learned!! Michael is sitting by himself!!! He has been trying to but when I let go of him and he didn’t fall down for a while I was impressed!!Doesn’t he look just so big!! It is bittersweet!!

So Adam cut while I held and Ammon took the pictures and even a few videos!! I think Ammon had the most fun!Look at that hair!!!!Of course the cute afters!! He loves to put everything in his mouth, even his clothes!!Love his expression here!!The back is looking good with no more straggles!Love my sweet boy!

Nik’s team played in the super bowl Saturday! The warriors are awsome and went undefeated this season!! Nik has learned so much and had so much fun playing for this team and Coach Pulu!! They ended up losing the Super Bowl but they played a great game!!

Nik was one of the team captains!

It is so hard to get a good action picture of Nik! I always get weird ones but here you go!! Nothing like getting the Christmas tree up to make it feel like Christmas! I have been missing my white Christmas! I know crazy right?! I do love CA and the warm weather but I love the snow and miss the change in seasons and all that goes with it! It hasn’t felt too much like Christmas.

BUT we got the tree up this weekend and that helped tons!! I love the smell and the lights! I love the decorations! I even enjoy telling the kids not to touch the ornaments 10 times a day! Jeff got all the lights on and let the kids go at it!!

Apple turkeys are a new tradition from last year. Kalixta learned how to make them in her school class and loved showing us last year. Everybody remembered making them and wanted to do it again this year. Kalixta was so pleased that everyone liked “her” idea!

Ammon helped Michael make his turkey!Tori got help from Kalixta because all she wanted to do was eat! We finally did our yearly Thankful Turkeys! It took me so long to get to it that we had to do them all by ourselves. But we did it and I LOVE how they look!!! I love to hear what the kids are thankful for too!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

Last month we started our temple trips! The LA Temple has apartments right next to the temple that they rent out for very cheap! Adam works in the temple Friday night and Nik goes too. I go the next morning very early! It is wonderful to be there as a family!!

Last month before the time change we walked around the temple and got some great pictures!!The temple is such a special place and I love having this opportunity to teach my kids how important it is to go often!I Love to See the TempleThis month Jeff joined us! Kylie wasn’t feeling well so hopefully she will come next month!! The visitor center is amazing and we could spend hours there!!The apartments are a little cramped with so many people in one room but we love it! Tori has her own special bed!!
