Homework

Michael is at the perfect copying age! He wants to do everything and anything the other kids do. The other night all the kids were in bed and Michael had a pen and notebook. I was ironing and hear him say, “Homework, my homework.”
I asked him what he was doing and he repeated, “My homework!”

He sees a lot of homework done in this house and he wanted to be just like his older brothers and sisters!!

Love it!

CI vs Hueneme 11-8-13

This was CI’s last league game. A win meant 2nd place in league. And they did it!! They beat Hueneme by a lot. The bummer part of that is that the starters sat out a lot of the game! So Nik didn’t play most of the last half, but we were happy with the win and continue playing!

Ammon continues to love being the water boy! He loves being on the field with all the boys!

This picture is from last week but it is a great picture so I wanted to post it!

Friday night we travel to Santa Monica to play their high school!! Can’t wait!!

Thankful Wreath

Adam found this cute idea that I loved so he stopped at the store and we did it for Family Home Evening.

We made a Thankful Wreath.

Zoe and Ammon cut out leaves for our wreath. We all wrote things we are thankful on each leaf! The girls then helped Adam pin them on the wreath!

Being silly while waiting for everyone!

Ammon’s game 11-2-13

Ammon’s team has continued to win and he loves loves playing football!

Ammon played a great game and had TWO touchdowns! First he ran back a punt! It was a awesome run with lots of crazy moves!

The second touch was a pass that he ran in! It was maybe 25-30 yards! It was great game for Ammon!

Jordan was again able to come to Ammon’s game! Perfect game to go to!

Ammon got a new sweat shirt to support his team!

Go Beck Park Raiders!

CI vs Pacifica 11-2-13

We knew going into this game it was going to be good. And it was!

We were behind the whole game! It was getting frustrating, 4th quarter we were losing. Finally we scored, but missed the field goal. We scored again. This time going for the 2 point conversion. A pass to Nik! He had a great toes in bounds catch to tie the game 14-14. It was a awesome!  CI ran back a punt for the win 21-14! All three touchdowns in the fourth quarter!

Tori went to the game with me this time! She had fun but was bored and ready to go home right after half time!

She loved going down on the field after the game! She is proud of her Nik Nik!

My sweet Niece goes to Pacifica. She does tall flags and performed at half time so Adam’s Mom, Tori and I ran over to Pacifica’s side to watch her!! She did a great job and it was fun to see her perform! Tori loved watching her too!

After the game we hung out and waited for Cami to be done so we could say hi!! Tori loved seeing her cousin!

Jordan was here visiting so he made it out to Nik’s game!

It was fun to see Nik react to seeing him since Nik didn’t know he was here!

With that win we are 3-1 in league. Next week we play Hueneme and then hopefully on to play offs!

Pumpkins

One more post on our pumpkins! I love lit up pumpkins!

Happy Halloween

The kids had the best Halloween EVER!! They all looked great and got lots of candy!

The Black Queen

A ghoul

My sweet little scary witch.

Little Bo Peep

Buzz Lighter Year was not a fan of his costume until he saw himself in the mirror and laughed! He then got candy and loved trick or treating!

Ammon had two friends come over and help him terrorize the neighborhood!

Zoe and her friend designed and made their cute modest costumes!!

Zoe dressed me up as Super Mom!

Adam was all decked out to scare all the kids this year! Michelle painted his face and he set up the front of the house and had his voice changer! He scared everyone!

Nik stayed in and worked on homework!! That is the truth!

Hope you all had a Happy Halloween!!!

Jack O Lanterns

We had a blast craving pumpkins this year.

Michael wasn’t a big fan of getting out the guts! He did a little and then let Nik do the rest!

Tori loved everything about carving pumpkins!

She got lots of help from Daddy with the poking and cutting!

The poking part!

All done!! Everyone was so pleased!

Michael loved his pumpkin! He tells everyone who will listen it is his!
