Happy Father’s Day Adam!

Sunday after church we celebrated Father’s Day for Adam! He is a great father and the kids love showing him lots of love!!

The spoiled him with notes and cards and survey’s about their awesome Dad, a few treats and lots of love!

Happy Father’s Day to My Love!!

Happy 3rd Birthday Michael!!

Michael turned 3 on Saturday! It has been so crazy with Zoe’s graduation, school, ending, summer offically starting and Nik leaving but no one could forget Michael’s birthday! He wouldn’t let us!! He was always asking or telling us it was tomorrow or telling me what he wanted. He loved every second of his big day even though he didn’t open any presents!

We had pizza because that is what he wanted!

And doughnuts instead of cake!

He of course picked the pink one!

We opened presents Sunday with my Mom and Dad and Grandma. He got all his special attention and loved and enjoyed every minute of it!

Michael is hilarious! He is such a fun kid! He is in a goofy stage right now. He is always telling me he hates stuff. If I make him mad he says, “You don’t love me.” Or “I hate you!” It isn’t very nice but it is kinda funny and cute…for now. He also loves hugs and kisses and gives them often. He says I love you often and in the best moment. He loves cars, planes, balls and books. He will repeat anything and loves to “read” scriptures with us! He can and wants to do everything by himself! He looks after and protects his sister Tori.

Happy Happy Birthday Michael!! I love you!

Zoe’s 8th Promotion!

Zoe graduated from 8th grade and junior high and is on to high school! WOW!

All dressed and ready to go!

They sat the graduates by height so Zoe was at the beginning walking in and sat in the back row.

Each student had a special part in the ceremony. Zoe and three others introduced the Supervisor.

Zoe making faces at her Dad from the stage!

Getting her certificate!

So proud of my Graduate!

Seminary Graduation

The school year is winding down! We are all so very excited!! Nik was thrilled to finish another year of Seminary last week! He has enjoyed sleeping in!

Sunday night was Seminary Graduation!
We are so proud of him for finishing this year.

This is most of his class. Everyone was trying to take pictures…haha!

These two are great friends! He is graduating and Nik is really going to miss him!

So proud of my son!

Happy Father Day!

A little early I know but while we are all gathered this weekend we celebrated Father’s Day for Adam’s Dad!! We love him so much and are so grateful he is a part of our lives!

The kids love their Grandpa Buzz and field out a survey telling him all about himself! It is so fun to read how old the kids think he is, Michael said 10 and Ariana said 98, and what his favorite color is, most thought green when it is red.

Happy Father’s Day Dad!! We love you!

Birthday Celebration

Michael’s birthday is within a week of his Uncle Rhea and Aunt Diane’s birthdays. We were so lucky to get a visit from Adam’s brother Nick and his wife Donna and their daughter. Those factors point to a party!

We had a great afternoon with great food.

And our fabulous family!

We sang happy birthday!

And opened some presents!

Michael got some great presents that he is so thrilled about!

He loves his presents so much he slept with them all! No joke! Thank you everyone!

Happy happy birthday Rhea, Diane and Michael!!

It was so fun to see you Nick, Donna and Lucia!!

Reading Boy

Michael loves to do anything his brothers and sisters do! He will try what ever they do and he will be scared of whatever they are. It makes for some very silly situations!

It also makes for some cute pictures!

The kids love when the Oriental Trading Catalog comes! They sit and look at it for hours! I came downstairs today and saw Michael doing the same thing!

He, of course, pointed out all the cars and airplanes!

Next week is the last week of school! We are all totally counting it down! Lots of fun activities and field trips are planned! Kalixta learned Hands only CPR in class this week from her friend’s Mom who is an EMT. She loved it!

Swimmers

I took just Michael and Tori to the pool one sunny morning this week. It was so nice to be there when no one else was!

They were so excited to be there with just me!

Nik and Zoe have taken the kids to the pool the last few times so I was surprised out how quick they got in! I thought the water was a little cold but not Tori! She went into the deep end and swam to me! Which has never happened before!

Michael was right behind her!

They did so good! I was shocked!

I got in eventually and had a great time with these two fishes!

School is almost out! I can’t wait to spend all day here with my kiddos!

Just like her Daddy

While cooking breakfast one morning I complained to  Britain that I could never remember to clean the microwave when I wasn’t using it. We finished breakfast and went on with the morning. I took the kids to school and came home to find this note on the microwave!

There was another one above the sink!

Needless to say the microwave got cleaned that day thanks to my sweet reminders!

Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History

We had a lot of fun checking out the rest of the museum while we were there!

Tons to look at!

It was a great morning!

We all loved finding an Ammonite!

There was a few activities too. The kids enjoyed finding fossils!
