The kids' last day of school was last Friday. It has been a nice week to sleep in and not be so dictated by schedules! Ammon finished the year great with all M's (which is like straight A's) He is happy to be a second grader but not so happy to be leaving Mrs. Smith's class!
Nikolas is glad to be out of 6th grade. He is looking forward to 7th grade and the opportunity to change classes each period. He will still be in the same school though so that is nice for me!
Zoe is a big fourth grader now. She finished the year strong by getting an award in Reading and Social Studies. She also got a Certificate of Outstanding Performance on the Iowa Tests. She scored in the top ten percent nationally for reading!

GOOD JOB for finishing so stronge kids; Ammon I;m so happy for U, good report body, and Zoe I’m so proud of U, being a good reader is so important school is so much more fun when U do so good, and Nik he looks like he’s a freshmen, not a big seventh grader. Man we still have 12 days of school left, lucky U. Enjoy your summer.
